                            11.4. For security reasons, the maximum amount permitted for a single card payment transaction is EUR 4,000 (or the equivalent amount in the applicable currency).

                            11.5. The Website and “Mobidata” Ltd. do not store, process, or have access to the full payment card details used for transactions. All card data is processed securely by the authorized payment service provider.

                            11.6. In the event that a refund is required for a payment made by bank card, the refunded amount will be returned exclusively to the same card that was used for the original transaction, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the respective card issuer and payment service provider.

                            12.Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

                              Bulgarian laws apply to matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement or through the competent court in Sofia.

                              13.Changes to Terms and Conditions

                                Changes to the General Terms and Conditions are effective upon publication on www.tripco.bg.
